Is there a fee to join the Canyon Appraisal Network?

Membership tiers vary. Our initial call will walk you through options based on your practice size and goals.

Do I have to give up my existing clients or assignments?

No. Your existing book of business stays yours. Canyon supplements your pipeline, not replaces it.

What software do I get access to?

Members access Canyon's proprietary appraisal management platform including scheduling, report delivery, data tools, and client portal.

Are territories exclusive?

Canyon works with a select number of appraisers per market to maintain quality and protect partner referral volume.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applicants hear back within 5 business days. Onboarding typically completes within 2 weeks of approval.

What certifications are required?

You must hold a current state Certified General or Certified Residential license with commercial experience. MAI designation is preferred but not required.
